Rock-A-Billies Bar of Northwood is looking for a full-time bar manager to work our Friday – Tuesday night shifts.  Hours will be Fridays – Saturdays, 7:00 pm - 3:00 am, and Sundays – Tuesdays, 3:00 pm – Close (anywhere from 10:30 pm - 3:00 am).  The ideal candidate must have a genuine interest in business structure and strategies, sales and service skills and techniques, financial management, and leadership qualities to ensure both employees and guests feel appreciated and well taken care of.  The lazy and unmotivated need not apply!  Our company culture is based on positivity and achievements!  No experience necessary!  We will train the right individual to be an absolute rockstar for their customers and their pocketbook!

As a Rock-A-Billies’ bar manager, the candidate will be functioning in a varied-paced work environment where they will be required to be a self-starter who is on their feet for a minimum of 7 ½ hours per shift.  Our company is proud to say that we are a part of a new generation of entrepreneurs who believe in the new way of doing business:  Being team focused.  Our philosophy is happy employees attract happy customers.  Our top priority is making sure that we provide a positive experience for both our team members and guests, alike.  This position offers plenty of stability and opportunities for growth, advancement, flexibility, and creativity.

The successful candidate must also be able to demonstrate strong leadership and multi-tasking skills; the ability to count change, lift at least 30 lbs, create great tasting cocktails, come up with promotional ideas, serve guests in a fast, friendly manner, enjoy socializing about sports, music, pop culture, and current events (in and outside of the community); have a willingness and desire to organize social events for the community (tournaments, fundraisers, etc.), help advertise, and sponsor their causes, meet sales goals so the business remains operable, etc.

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION IS ALLOWED DURING WORKING HOURS.
